TERMS OF SERVICE

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of services provided by ForgePipeline LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By creating an account, accessing the platform, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

SERVICES

ForgePipeline LLC provides AI-driven revenue automation systems, CRM infrastructure, messaging automation, pipeline management tools, and related SaaS services to business clients.

LICENSE

We grant a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for legitimate business purposes.

You may not:

• Resell platform access
• Reverse engineer systems
• Replicate platform functionality
• Use the platform for unlawful activity
• Send unsolicited or non-consented communications

SMS & 10DLC COMPLIANCE

If using messaging services through our platform, you agree to:

• Obtain prior express written consent before messaging any recipient
• Maintain accurate opt-in records
• Avoid purchased, rented, scraped, or third-party lists
• Comply with TCPA, CTIA, 10DLC, and carrier regulations
• Avoid prohibited or restricted messaging content

Messaging may only be sent to individuals who have provided prior express written consent. Cold outreach or unsolicited bulk messaging is strictly prohibited.

Recipients may reply STOP at any time to opt out and HELP for assistance.
Message frequency varies.
Message and data rates may apply.

Clients are solely responsible for ensuring lawful messaging practices. Any carrier fines, penalties, or enforcement actions resulting from client misuse are the client’s responsibility.

Carrier Liability

Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Forge Pipeline LLC may send SMS messages for the following purposes:

• Appointment confirmations
• Appointment reminders
• Service updates
• Follow-up communication regarding your request for information or services

Message frequency may vary depending on user interaction with our services.

DATA PROCESSING ROLE

ForgePipeline LLC acts as a service provider / data processor when handling customer data on behalf of business clients.

Clients are solely responsible for lawful data collection, disclosure obligations, and compliance with applicable privacy laws.

AI DISCLAIMER

Platform features may include AI-generated content, automated communications, and workflow logic.

AI-generated outputs:

• May contain inaccuracies
• Require human review and oversight
• Are used at client discretion

ForgePipeline LLC is not responsible for outcomes resulting from AI-generated content or automation decisions.

PAYMENT TERMS

Fees are outlined in your subscription agreement.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled according to agreement terms.
Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ForgePipeline LLC’s total aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the client during the three (3) months preceding the claim.

ForgePipeline LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate access for:

• Non-payment
• Messaging violations
• Platform misuse
• Illegal activity
• Breach of these Terms

Upon termination, platform access may be revoked immediately.

PRIVACY

Use of services is governed by our Privacy Policy.

AGE REQUIREMENT

Users must be at least 18 years of age.

GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
